It’s built for rugged use and is water resistant, so it won’t mind the odd shower. It’s compatible with the vast majority of mobile phones from the main manufacturers and includes USB connections to power up digital devices.
Impressively the Power Monkey gives you about 40 hours extra on an iPod, close to 100 hours on a mobile phone and around 1600 extra photos on a digital camera (although it doesn’t charge cameras it just provides power).
